Around Hotel

This hotel’s entire walking focus is on the airport and arrivals. Its biggest convenience is to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Terminal 1 (T1). A covered walkway takes you from the hotel to the terminal in an easy and safe five-to ten-minute walk max. Your check-in counter can be reached fully on foot from your room! The hotel shuttle bus makes this two-minute trip if one has heavy luggage.

Other than Terminal 1, there is nothing within walking distance. The hotel is located in a dedicated airport logistics zone, surrounded by airport buildings and major highways. There are no local neighborhoods, city parks, shops, or street food vendors to discover. The “walkable” area is the airport terminal which- to its credit-offers a wide variety of its own amenities.

If you want food or supplies, your best bet is to walk back to the Terminal 1 building. Departures and arrivals halls both contain numerous convenience stores (such as 7-Eleven), pharmacies, and a large food court with many choices between Starbucks and KFC to real Chinese noodle and dim sum restaurants. That gives you a wide range of dining choices within the airport itself. This hotel is not a base for exploring a local area on foot: it is a tool for a seamless flight connection.
