Getting Here

The hotel is situated within the premises of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN). The primary and most favored mode of transport to this place is by a complimentary 24-hour hotel shuttle bus. This free service provides the easiest and most assured way of getting to the hotel, more so if one is coming in through Terminal 2. The shuttle operates in a never-ending loop between the hotel, Terminal 1 (T1), and Terminal 2 (T2).

Should your arrival be at Terminal 1 (T1), you may choose to board the shuttle from one of the specific terminal gates-usually Gate 12-or you may simply walk. Walking takes about five to ten minutes through a well-lit covered pathway. If the entry is through Terminal 2 (T2), then the shuttle service is most appropriate. This shall be found at the designated hotel shuttle bays-usually Gate 42. One quick call to the hotel reception (phone number on your booking) will ensure the driver is on his way.

The fastest way is Metro Line 3 if they are closer to downtown. They should take it to "Airport South"(机场南) which is Terminal 1, then either walk or catch the hotel shuttle bus. If they take it to "Airport North"(机场北) which is Terminal 2, they'll need the hotel shuttle bus back to the hotel. A taxi/DiDi from downtown will take 40-60 minutes depending on traffic.
